Exchange Policy, Order Processing, Shipping, Delivery and Pick Up!



If an item is delivered damaged or missing, we can issue a solution within 5 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE! We have the right to refuse returns, exchanges and replacements. An email must be sent with correct and important information to determine a solution. Lack of info will surrender solutions. No refunds are made, we will issue a store credit by way of gift card. This will be sent via email!


ORDER PROCESSING TAKES BETWEEN 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE ORDER DATE FOR ORDERS TO BE SHIPPED OR READY FOR PICK-UP. (yes it may take shorter time, if so, you will be notified!) Order processing doesn't happen on holidays!


WE ASK THAT YOU DOUBLE/TRIPLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING INFO WHEN PLACING AN ORDER. If order is sent to wrong address, due to customer error, you are responsible for paying for the new items to be shipped, as well as the shipping cost!

Soulful Intentions does offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100!

All orders are shipped through USPS unless consulted and explained to you otherwise. Shipping costs vary. 

Soulful Intentions ships out orders on Tuesdays and Fridays ONLY! (except on holidays) So be mindful of that schedule as well as the time it usually takes for the carrier to make a delivery. 

Estimated Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

- USPS standard: 3-5 business days
- Priority: 2-3 business days
- USPS Express Mail: Guaranteed in 2 business days, 1 day in some cases

PLEASE UNDERSTAND, THAT ONCE SOULFUL INTENTIONS SHIPS OFF YOUR ORDER, and the tracking number has been issued to you, everything else is out of our hands! If anything happens or is delayed, please contact the United States Postal Service 1(800)275-8777 or UPS 1(800)742-5877.

LOST PACKAGES - If your package is lost, please allow up to 7 days for it to be delivered. If your package has not arrived 7 days after the stated delivery date, please contact us and also contact the carrier service to begin claim process.


Pickup is an option on Wednesdays and Fridays mornings ONLY! You may send out an email to mysoulfulintentions@gmail.com once you have placed your order, and a time and address will be sent to you.

Local Pickup is free of charge!

Delivery is NOT available!
